refund policy

Participants acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided if the event is modified, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Released Parties.

 

This includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions such as lightning, floods, storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, wildfires, earthquakes, extreme heat, or force majeure events such as acts of war, terrorism, riots, or any other unforeseen factors that may compromise the safety of the venue, participants, or visitors.

 

Registration constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
